Standard Peanut Kernels

Mealworms (Tenebrio Molitor) - Livefood
Mealworms are the most popular live food, and many people report an increase in garden birdlife when feeding them. They are the larvae of the flour beetle and an excellent proven food for all insect-eating birds. They are clean, odourless and easy to store. They are best fed in quantities of around 150 at a time in a shallow, smooth sided bowl. If you offer them during wet weather, ensure they are covered as water will kill them.
